Looks pretty good. I like the cleanness of the site. There are a few color problems that I am sure are already being working on, but the palette is nice. I think the functionality of the site is very good, the features are easy to use and up to date.
I think you need a heading or somewhere about how to join and pay memebership. Also perhaps for the profile part you could have some standard information things to fill out- like employer, education, interests? Just a thought..but looks great all in all
